IMPROVEMENT OF EMPLOYABILITY OF GRADUATE

This article gives the opportunity to discuss in depth the societal responsibility of Higher education internationally. Education is the process of imparting or acquiring general knowledge, skills, developing the powers of reasoning and judgment, and generally of preparing oneself or others intellectually for mature life and as for a profession. However, International Education creates cross-cultural understanding when students work together on a project, meet each other in a dorm, conduct research, or study for a class together. Their different languages, customs, traditions, political relationships and religious beliefs are bridged through educational endeavours. International Education is an avenue of which other entities in our world might not have the same positive impact. The role of social responsibility in education serves as a librating force for the individual and the society.
The Higher education must be able to address and to transform the skills of students in preparing them for the difficulty of modern life. Higher education internationally should be an area from which individuals, society and the economy can have remarkable benefits. It is an area where we can undertake the reflections and develop the new concepts, technologies and policies that will create a fairer, more sustainable and educative society. The Higher education should be an incubator for business ideas and also, ensure that the teaching keeps pace and drives social economic progress internationally. Education is one of the most powerful tools for shaping the society’s future both local and internationally.
The number of tertiary students who travel abroad to study is growing every year. The changing landscape means that universities will have to compete to attract more talent from around the world and that further internationalisation of universities will require cooperation with new higher education in all continents.
The aim of these article is we want all higher education internationally to provide young people with the skills they need for good – quality employment in the future for growth and intervention.
