This presentation will introduce the core concepts of project management, and discuss how project management can contribute to successful international collaborations. The presenters will discuss differences in context (Latin and North America), and how managing projects professionally can impact the internationalization process of higher education institutions. Examples from specific projects will be given, and an online project management system used at the University of Arizona will be demonstrated.
