Leadership & Strategies for Comprehensive Internationalization

Leaders in internationalization are (being) challenged to succeed in increasingly competitive and changing environments.  Strategies to develop campus comprehensive internationalization initiatives in a way that support the rector’s vision, benefit faculty professional development, and create globally competent students who are culturally aware citizens in the 21 century are critical to the success of higher education institutions.

This workshop will consider successful leadership and management practices for global engagement. Presenters will share resources, methods and strategies for leaders to build community and create sustainability of internationalization efforts.
