English a Medium of Instruction into Practice
In this presentation we aim at addressing the expections students of an EMI undegratuate/graduate Physics class have at the beginning of the semester concerning (1) their improvement (or not) in the English language; (2) possible gains or losses in content comparing to classes in Portuguese; (3) the professor’s English proficiency; and (4) the actions the professor may take regarding language correction, use of Portuguese and assessment.Author(s):
